Dr. Arjyal is a distinguished psychiatrist and expert in sleep medicine, with a passion for advancing mental well-being through education and public speaking. Her lectures delve into the intricate connections between sleep, psychiatry, and overall mental health, providing audiences with evidence-based insights and practical strategies. Whether discussing the impact of sleep disorders on mental health, exploring the latest psychiatric treatments, or offering guidance on improving mental well-being, Dr. Arjyal’s presentations are both informative and engaging. With years of experience and a deep commitment to enhancing the lives of others, Dr. Arjyal is dedicated to empowering individuals and professionals with the knowledge to make meaningful improvements in mental and emotional health.


Dr. Arjyal has years of experience as a faculty member at Duke School Of Medicine educating medical students and residents. Also has involved in community outreach in the Triangle Area, NC educating peers in unique aspects of sleep medicine and psychiatry for daily practice for better patient care. Through her volunteer work with Health Foundation Nepal, she has reached across the globe to serve underserved communities in Nepal to educate providers in those communities on topics of Psychiatry and Sleep Medicine.
